Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repackage the unit in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are securely in place.

  Schedule Freight Pickup

  For large appliances, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your location; please ensure a clear path for the logistics team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damages or signs of installation, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
